RMA: I purchased an additional warranty from a local authorized dealer. Is this warranty still guaranteed by Apogee?
Apogee does not acknowledge any warranty contracts other than our factory warranty issued at the time of purchase. Any warranties purchased subsequently will be considered by Apogee as void.
Whatever warranty contract you may have signed with your local authorized dealer is between you and the reseller/warranty provider. Apogee will assume no legal responsibility for any problems you may experience with third party warranty providers or resellers.
