Quartet's speaker icon is missing, and the speaker touchpad is inactive

When Quartet's Main Output has been set to Line (in the output tab of Maestro 2 or monitor sidebar of Apogee Control 2), output control and selection becomes disabled because the level cannot be adjusted.

Set the Main Output to Stereo or another selection besides line to be able to select and adjust the level.
