Quartet doesn't power up and is not recognized after waking the Mac from sleep

Symptom: Sometimes when connecting Quartet through a USB hub to certain Mac models, the Quartet won't fully boot up after waking the computer from sleep.

Solution: If this happens, unplug and reattach Quartet's USB cable to re-establish the connection.
