Keyboard volume control is not working with my Apogee product

Keyboard volume control on macOS not working with Apogee Products like the Duet 2, Duet iOS, Quartet, and ONE is a known issue.

With the introduction of macOS 11, Big Sur, Apple changed how the audio driver works on their end.

This means these older products are built to use a connection that no longer exists.

The ways to control your Apogee product volume are via the hardware itself or within the Apogee Control 2 window.
