How do I reset the ONE for iPad & Mac?

To get the ONE for iPad & Mac back to the state it was in when first taken out of the box:

1. Hold the Encoder knob down
2. unplug the USB cable then plug it back in
3. keep holding knob down until all white Icons flash 3 Times then goes steady showing the Speaker.

If you hold too long the Speaker Output will be come Muted, simply click in the Encoder Knob again and Un-Mute the Output.  

Note: There is no Reset All for the original One from Apogee
