How do I Reset Quartet to the Factory Default settings?

  1. Hold down the controller knob
  2. Unplug the USB or AC cable
  3. Then plug back in while keeping the controller knob held down.
  4. Keep holding the controller knob until the A B C Touchpads blink approximately five (5) times and the display changes from the Apogee logo to showing the level meters.
