Does Quartet work with Apple FaceTime?
Quartet works with FaceTime on full size MacOS computers.
To set up FaceTime for Quartet:
- Open FaceTime App
- In upper toolbar choose Video
- Set Microphone to Quartet
- Set Output to Quartet, or preferred Output device
- Ensure Quartet has a microphone connected to Input 1, and the gain is turned up. 48v applied for condenser mics.
*Please note, the Apple iOS does NOT allow you to use external audio devices like Quartet with FaceTime or any two-way calling Apps. You must use a FULL size Mac computer for FaceTime with Quartet, not an iPad or iPhone.
