What kind of warranty will my product have after sending it for service?

Products that come in for service are subject to repair or replacement option depending on the discretion of the repair lab. This is the breakdown of the coverage the unit will have after it returns to it’s owner from Apogee’s Service Center:

  • If the product is currently Under Warranty, the warranty will continue until one (1) year from original purchase.
  • All repairs, whether under warranty or not, have a 90 day warranty for the performed repair beginning from the date of return shipment.
  • Out of warranty replacement: Replacement unit has a 90 days limited warranty.
