First Take
My unit was damaged during return shipping, what do I do?
Apogee is not responsible for any shipping damages.
If shipping damage occurs, you will receive an automated notification, from Apogee, upon receipt of your unit. Contact our Tech Support to request pictures of the damage so you can file a claim with your shipping provider.
If possible, Apogee we will be happy to fix the damage upon your request. All you need to do is submit a ticket to our Tech Support team stating that you want the damage repaired right away and that you will pay the resulting repair fees instead of waiting for word from your shipping provider:
