My unit is out of warranty, but I still want to send it in for repair. What payments will I be responsible for?

Does Apogee offer repairs or replacements for out-of-warranty products?

Yes. Apogee provides repair and replacement support to our customers, regardless of warranty status. If your product’s warranty has expired, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees for your product, as well as the cost of the repair.

What happens if my out-of-warranty product cannot be repaired?

If Apogee determines that your product is damaged beyond repair, we will offer you the option of replacing your unit at a discounted price. You will receive more detailed information about the price of your replacement product when you submit an RMA request.
