How to "install" presets for Clearmountain's 8068 on Windows
This article will give you step by step instructions for getting the preset files into the right location
Once downloaded, open your downloads folder and locate the .zip file.
Right click on the .zip file and from the menu select Extract All.
You will see this - click on Extract.
The extracted contents will appear right next to the .zip file.
Open the extracted folder and you will see the preset files.
Leave that window open and open another Explorer window by Shift + Clicking on the Explorer icon in the Task Bar:
A window will open. double click in the Address Bar and enter this exactly:
C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Apogee\Clearmountain's 8068\Presets
You can cut and paste this - Just remember to put your name in the address path.
With both windows open select all of the presets in the extracted folder from above (CTRL + A) and then drag the preset files into the actual presets folder.
Now open the DAW of your choice and you will see the new presets in the User part of the Presets menu.
NOTE: This plugin does not support preset folders.
