What is the warranty period on refurbished units bought from authorized dealers?
Apogee only provides a warranty on NEW items purchased from an Authorized Dealer.
If a Dealer sells a previously owned Apogee product that they refurbished, there is no Apogee factory warranty covering that item. However, the store may choose to warranty the item on its own so you will want to check if they will cover it.
The only exception is refurbished items sold on the Apogee Web Store.
These items are covered for the standard 1-year factory warranty period.
