Troubleshooting for Duet 2 (USB) not being recognized by Mac
Symptom: Duet not being recognized by the Mac
- If you're using the power supply with Duet, please disconnect. It is recommended to only connect via USB unless you are prompted to connect the power supply. This will depend on certain power consumption requirements.
- Disconnect the USB cable from the Duet
- Download the latest Duet software installer here and run it.
- When the software installer asks you to connect a Duet 2, reconnect the USB cable to the Duet while pressing down on the rotary encoder knob.
