Symphony I/O MkII System Requirements & Compatibility

Using the Symphony I/O MkII as a Thunderbolt interface requires the following:

  • Symphony I/O MkII with Thunderbolt Option card installed
  • a Thunderbolt-equipped Mac running Mac OS 10.9.5 or above

  Using the Symphony I/O MkII as a Pro Tools HD interface requires the following:

  • Symphony I/O MkII with HD Option card installed
  • a Mac or PC running Pro Tools 8.1.1 or above
