GiO doesn’t appear in macOS System Preferences

Choose About This Mac, then click More Info...to open System Profiler.

In the Contents column, open the Hardware disclosure triangle and click USB.

Verify that GiO appears in the USB Device Tree pane.

If GiO does not appear, try another USB cable or port.
