      Apogee iM32 Audio Interface (or similar models such as iM22 or DSP-46) – Important Notice

      We’ve received a number of support inquiries regarding a product labeled as the Apogee iM32 (or similar models such as iM22 or DSP-24). We’d like to clarify that this product is not manufactured, sold, or supported by Apogee Electronics Corporation.

      What You Need to Know

       

      • The iM32, IM22, DSP-46 is not part of our product lineup, and we do not have access to technical specifications, drivers, or support resources for this device.

      • If you have purchased this unit, it was sold by a third-party brand or distributor that is not affiliated with Apogee Electronics.

      • These products are often sold under the Apogee name on various online marketplaces without authorization.

      What Should I Do?

       

      If you need support for an iM32, iM22, or similar product:

       

      1. Contact the seller or dealer from whom you purchased the device.

        They are in the best position to provide technical support, warranty service, or contact information for the actual manufacturer.

      2. Avoid using our support tools, downloads, or firmware, as they are not compatible with these third-party products.
